There’s loads! gamescom asia 2023 consists of a Trade Zone Exhibition and Trade Conference for business visitors and an Entertainment Zone Exhibition + online shows programme for the public. Absolutely! The Entertainment Zone opens its doors for the first time this year. We welcome all passionate gaming fans to attend. Bear in mind that gamescom asia is a ticketed event and you will need to purchase a ticket for entry.

The Trade Zone consists of the Trade Exhibition zone, Trade Conference, and Content Creator’s Summit.

Access to the gamescom asia Trade Zone is strictly for industry professionals only, members of the public are not allowed. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct trade visitor checks on site.

All registrations are vetted for eligibility, and you will need to present a business card or other suitable documentation onsite along with your ticket, indicating that you:

• are professionally involved with the development, manufacture or sale/trade of games and/or their accessories and/or professionally use/incorporate such content significantly in other industries.
• belong to other stakeholders from the segment of professional esports and related industries of gaming, media, advertising and licences, as well as the participating service industries.

Trade visitors must be at least 18 years old to be granted entry.

There are 2 categories of Trade Zone passes/access – Trade Visitor and Trade Conference Delegate.

What is included in my Trade Conference ticket?

• Access to Trade Zone Conference and Exhibition on 19 - 20 October (coffee and lunch included).
• Access to Networking Reception on 20 October.
• Access to Entertainment Zone Exhibition on 20-22 Oct.
• Access to gamescom biz app for networking and selected on-demand conference content after gamescom asia.
• Opportunity to participate in the Developer-Publisher-Investor Speed Networking session on 19 October (subject to organiser’s approval). More info at this link.

What is included in my Trade Visitor ticket?

• Access to the Trade Zone on 19 - 20 October.
• Access to Entertainment Zone Exhibition on 20-22 Oct.
• Access to the gamescom biz app for networking.

You are highly encouraged to register online for Trade tickets as onsite prices will be much higher.

We’re going cashless, so only card payments if you really have to register onsite.

If you have to register onsite, these are counter operational hours:

On the days of the event, bring your QR code ticket to Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre to exchange it for your badge.

First, check your spam or junk folders. Remember to mark emails from gamescom asia as safe so that they get into the right inbox. If more than 5 working days have passed since your registration and you have not received your ticket confirmation, please email ticketing@gamescom.asia.

All registrations are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

For business visitors only, should you require an invitation letter to facilitate your visa application, please email ticketing@gamescom.asia with a copy of your ticket/confirmation email. Enquiries without an existing ticket will not be entertained.

You are not required to be vaccinated to enter. Masks are no longer required. However, we ask all attendees to remain mindful of their surroundings and practice social responsibility when attending the event. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

All registered Trade Zone attendees will be able to use the gamescom biz app to connect with exhibitors and other business attendees.

The gamescom biz is an online platform and app dedicated to the gamescom, devcom and gamescom asia business communities. It allows exhibitors and attendees to connect and interact with each other and arrange F2F meetings ahead of coming onsite at gamescom asia.

Important event information like onsite notifications, Conference Agenda, Exhibitor List, and Exhibition Hall Map can also be accessed from the app.

Registered attendees will receive web access to gamescom biz and can also download the app for easy access at gamescom asia.

Access to the gamescom biz platform is included in your successful gamescom asia registration, therefore, you do not need to purchase an additional ticket or access as long as you have registered as a trade attendee. Register for your trade ticket here.

Conference Delegates will be able to access all Trade Conference content on-demand after the event, whereas Trade Visitors will not.

Time is precious when you have only 2 days at gamescom asia! The community is an important place to match with profiles you want to meet onsite at gamescom asia. You get to arrange those meetings, shortlist exhibitors, view the exhibitor and attendee list, and so much more, ahead of arriving in Singapore.

Important event information like onsite notifications, Conference Agenda, Exhibitor List, and Exhibition Hall Map can also be accessed from the app.

Closer to the event, all registered attendees will receive an email from community@gamescom.asia, containing a ‘magic link’ that will activate your profile. You will receive this email about two weeks before the event, so do keep a look out. Be sure to check your junk/spam inbox, just in case.

The platform is available as web access or as an app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

The web version works best on Chrome and Firefox.

You will need to be a registered trade delegate before you can access any community content.

You may be able to see limited content from these events but you will not be able to interact with gamescom or devcom attendees unless you are a registered participant of those events. Your gamescom asia registration only allows you access to the gamescom asia event. We are constantly making improvements to bring the larger community together, so do stay tuned to new updates.
