The Trade Zone consists of the Trade Exhibition area, Trade Conference, and Content Creators Summit.

The Trade Zone is strictly open to BUSINESS / INDUSTRY visitors only, members of the public are not allowed. All registrations are vetted for eligibility, and you will need to prove your industry affiliation (e.g. business card) onsite along with your ticket.

There are 2 categories of Trade Zone tickets – Trade Conference Delegate and Trade Visitor.

What is included in my Trade Conference ticket?

Access to Trade Zone Conference and Exhibition on 19 - 20 October (coffee and lunch included).
Access to Networking Reception on 20 October.
Access to Entertainment Zone Exhibition on 20 - 22 October.
Access to gamescom biz app for networking and selected on-demand content.
Opportunity to participate in the Developer-Publisher-Investor Speed Networking session on 19 October (subject to organiser’s approval). More info at this link.

What is included in my Trade Visitor ticket?

Access to Trade Zone Exhibition on 19 - 20 October
Access to Entertainment Zone Exhibition on 20 - 22 October.
Access to the gamescom biz app for networking.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are only applicable to Trade Conference tickets.

Access Process

1. Buy a ticket

If you have a promocode, apply it when selecting your ticket type. You can also refer to our Trade Zone registration policy here.

2. Receive Order Confirmation in email

All registrations are vetted for eligibility.

Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a successful order confirmation via email containing your ticket QR code.

3. Start Connecting Online

All ticketholders automatically get access to the gamescom biz online app where you can start networking and setting up your meetings ahead of gamescom asia..

Once the 2023 online community page is open, you will receive a notice to enter using the same email address you registered with.

4. Attend gamescom asia in October

Your ticket QR code grants you access to gamescom asia. Simply scan your QR code at the Trade Zone registration counters onsite and exchange it for your badge!

Do I qualify for the Trade Zone?

Yes, if you:

are professionally involved with the development, manufacture or sale/trade of games and/or their accessories and/or professionally use/incorporate such content significantly in other industries.
belong to other stakeholders from the segment of professional esports and related industries of gaming, media, advertising and licences, as well as the participating service industries.

Trade visitors must be at least 18 years old to be granted entry.

Is there a networking/business matching app at gamescom asia?

All registered Trade Zone attendees will be able to use the gamescom biz app to connect with exhibitors and other business attendees. For more details on the what gamescom biz is all about, please see this page.

Visa Invitation Letters

To find out if you require a visa to enter Singapore, please visit the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority website.

Should you require an invitation letter to facilitate your visa application, please email ticketing@gamescom.asia with a copy of your ticket/confirmation email. Enquiries without an existing ticket will not be entertained.

I have registered as a Trade Visitor but have yet to receive my confirmation. Who should I contact?

First, check your spam or junk folders. Remember to mark emails from gamescom asia as safe so that they get into the right inbox. If more than 5 working days have passed since your registration and you have not received your ticket confirmation, please email ticketing@gamescom.asia.
