Thailand Game Awards is Thailand's biggest awards ceremony for games and gaming products — the first time developers and publishers of games and products have been given the opportunity to submit their work for consideration, competing for these prestigious awards decided by votes from gamers nationwide together with the judgment of Thailand's leading gaming media.
Winners will be announced and honoured on the Main Stage in the entertainment zone at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026, on 1st November 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
This year, the awards are separated into 2 sections:
1. Outstanding Products for Games > submit your products to tgs@shownolimit.com
2. The Best in the Gaming Industry > submit your games to pattarat.pue@truedigital.com

Games must be officially released between September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026**
**not applicable to “most anticipated game”, “best ongoing game” and “best game publisher” categories.
No Booth Requirement*:
Games and products do not need to have a booth at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 to be eligible for nomination.
*exceptions apply for indie area awards
Hands-on Review:
All nominated games and products must be made available for play and review by the judging panel.

Outstanding Products for Games
1. Best CPU for Gaming
Awarded to a desktop CPU that delivers outstanding gaming performance, supported by technologies and features that enhance performance and the overall gaming experience.
2. Best GPU for Gaming
Awarded to a GPU or graphics card that delivers outstanding gaming performance, supported by technologies and features that enhance visual quality, responsiveness, and the overall gaming experience.
3. Best Motherboard for Gaming
Awarded to a motherboard that provides a stable and capable platform for gaming hardware, with features that enhance performance, connectivity, setup, and customization.
4. Best RAM for Gaming
Awarded to high-performance memory that delivers outstanding gaming performance, stability, and platform compatibility, supported by technologies and features that enhance the overall gaming experience.
5. Best SSD for Gaming
Awarded to an SSD that delivers outstanding storage performance, consistency, and reliability, supported by features that enhance the gaming experience.
6. Best External Storage for Gaming
Awarded to an external Storage that delivers outstanding data transfer performance, portability, compatibility, and overall usability across gaming devices.
7. Best Gaming Monitor
Awarded to a gaming monitor that delivers outstanding visual quality and responsiveness, supported by features that enhance the overall gaming experience.
8. Best Gaming Keyboard
Awarded to a gaming keyboard that delivers fast and precise input, supported by features, ergonomics, and design suited to gaming.
9. Best Gaming Mouse
Awarded to a gaming mouse that delivers outstanding precision and responsiveness, supported by technology, ergonomics, and design suited to gaming.
10. Best Audio for Gaming
Awarded to a gaming headset that delivers an outstanding audio and communication experience, together with comfort and features suited to gaming.
11. Best Gaming Notebook
Awarded to a gaming notebook that delivers outstanding gaming performance, supported by effective thermal management, design, display quality, and features that enhance the overall gaming experience.
12. Best Handheld Gaming Device
Awarded to a handheld gaming device that delivers an outstanding portable gaming experience through a strong combination of performance, portability, usability, battery life, and overall value.
13. Best Gaming Smartphone
Awarded to a smartphone that delivers outstanding gaming performance, supported by effective thermal management, gaming-focused features, display performance, and design that enhance the overall gaming experience.
The Best in the Gaming Industry
**Categories 18–31 will be open for voting starting September 10, 2026.
14. WINGS Award
Celebrating outstanding games where women and other gender-marginalised developers hold key positions, the WINGS Award makes its first foray at the Thailand Game Awards this year. The chosen winner will receive a 2000€ prize and a custom trophy designed by the WINGS team. Apply for the WINGS Award here by 29 September 2026.
15. indie area > best in show
Celebrating the indies who are exhibiting in the indie area of gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026, this award honours the standout indie title that impressed across the board with exceptional creativity, execution, presentation, and overall player experience. This game represents the very best of our exhibition’s indie area.
16. indie area > best gameplay
Celebrating the indies who are exhibiting in the indie area of gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026, this award recognises the indie game with the most engaging, polished, and enjoyable gameplay experience, rewarding innovative mechanics, strong game feel, and lasting player appeal.
17. indie area > hidden gem
Celebrating the indies who are exhibiting in the indie area of gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026, this award is given to the underrated indie title that surprised players with outstanding quality, originality, or charm despite flying under the radar. A discovery worthy of wider recognition.
18. Best Game Publisher
This award will be given to the best game publisher or service provider of 2026, based on evaluations by gamers regarding various aspects of their services, including game quality, patch update frequency, user support, and marketing events and promotions in Thailand.
19. Best Sports Game
Awards for sports games released between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, this year are based on creating a good gaming experience in terms of realism and how to best play for players.
20. Best Multiplayer Game
The awards given to games designed with a multiplayer system that meet the needs of players the most will be released from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. Responding to the needs of play in terms of communication. Team play or multiplayer at once, and balance the game when playing.
21. Best Free-to-Play Game
This award is given to games on smart device platforms — both iOS and Android (including games that also have a PC client) — that are released or launched for service in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The criteria gamers must consider when scoring include the game's enjoyment factor, its gameplay systems, and controls suited to smart devices.
22. Best Ongoing Game
Rewards given to Live Service games with new content released to players to always add fun and freshness to the game. The game itself is still available today.
23. Best Action Game
The prizes are given to action games released in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The combat system as well as various balances in the game.
24. Best RPG Game
The awards are given to RPGs released in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. Gameplay Combat system, character development system, in-game world exploration, graphics, and story.
25. Best Fighting Game
Rewards given to games with an amazing combat system. The perfect balance of the game Animations and character movements, as well as realistic or original-looking gestures. The game will be available between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
26. Best Action-Adventure Game
The prize is given to a semi-adventure action game released in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. Combat system, in-game travel, system balance The story, graphics, and design of various quests and how to solve the puzzles in the game
27. Best Indie Game
The award is given to indie games released in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. Gameplay system, creativity, and impact that affect players and the gaming industry in the time frame taken into account
28. Most Anticipated Game
The prizes are given to games that are scheduled to be released after the Thailand Game Show 2026 onwards, which players are most looking forward to and anticipating.
29. Best Simulation and Strategy Game
This award is presented to a Simulation and Strategy game released between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026. This year's evaluation focuses on delivering the best overall player experience in terms of both realism and gameplay mechanics.
30. Popular Vote
The Public Choice Award is given to the game that the voter agrees to impress them the most within the time frame taken into account.
31. Game of the Year 2026
The award is given to games released in Thailand between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026. The votes of the leading gaming media in Thailand account for 90% of the votes, and the votes of the general public will account for 10% of the votes.
