Trade Zone Registration Policy

1. All registrations must be in ENGLISH.
2. Email address must be unique for each user. If you have already registered, the system will not allow you to purchase additional tichet(s) under the same email address.Please input a new email address to make a new purchase.
3. Access to the gamescom asia Trade Zone is strictly for industry professionals only. Registrations are subject to organiser’s approval and will be considered successful only upon receiving a confirmation email from the ticketshop. Please register with your corporate email address to avoid further verification steps.
4. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct trade visitor approvals on site. For legitimation as a trade visitor, you are required to present your business card or other suitable documentation indicating that you:
   • are professionally involved with the development, manufacture or sale/trade of games and/or their accessories and/or professionally use/incorporate such content significantly in other industries.
   • that you belong to other stakeholders from the segment of professional esports and related industries of gaming, media, advertising and licences, as well as the participating service industries.
5. Visit www.gamescom.asia for more information on the speakers' line-up, program etc. Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event or any part thereof without prior notice due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.
7. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. Your Full Name and Company will appear on your badge onsite. Please ensure they are spelled correctly as badge re-printing onsite will incur a S$20 fee.
