Access to the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show business area is strictly for industry professionals only. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any "business visitor" registration, including after confirmation, if the registrant is found ineligible or unsuitable to attend. Please register with your corporate email address to avoid further verification steps.
4. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct business visitor approvals on site. For legitimation as a business visitor, you are required to present your business card or other suitable documentation indicating that you:
   • are professionally involved with the development, manufacture, or sale/trade of games and/or their accessories, and/or professionally use or incorporate such content significantly in other industries.
   • belong to other stakeholders from the segment of professional esports and related industries such as gaming, media, advertising, and licensing, as well as participating service industries.
5. Visit www.gamescom.asia for more information on the speakers' line-up, program etc. Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event or any part thereof without prior notice due to reasons beyond the Organiser's control.
7. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. Your Full Name and Company will appear on your badge onsite. Please ensure they are spelled correctly as badge re-printing onsite will incur a SGD20 fee.
