Meetings & Networking

• If an attendee has a list of timeslots on their profile, this means that they are accepting meeting invites.
• To schedule a meeting request, click on a timeslot. To schedule a virtual meeting, simply select 'Virtual Meeting' as the location. If you want to meet onsite, select any of the locations listed under 'business area.' If you're meeting an exhibitor, their booth will be listed, otherwise you can meet at the 'gamescom biz lounge' onsite.
• Please note that meeting requests will expire after 48 hours. Remind your invitee to accept the invite before the request expires!
• You cannot change the meeting time after confirmation. You will need to chat with the other attendee to discuss an alternative time and cancel the existing meeting. Once you have agreed on an alternative time, send a new meeting request.
• To change your meeting availability, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to 'My Schedule'
  2. Click on 'My Meetings'
  3. On the right-hand side, you will see a 'MANAGE AVAILABILITY' link. Click on the link and tick the suitable timeslots.
