Absolutely! The entertainment area will be open to the public from 30 October - 1 November. We welcome all passionate gaming fans to attend. Bear in mind that gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show is a ticketed event and you will need to purchase a ticket for entry.

Access to the gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show business area is strictly for industry professionals only, members of the public are not allowed. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct business visitor checks on site.

All registrations are vetted for eligibility, and you will need to present a business card or other suitable documentation onsite along with your ticket, indicating that you:

• are professionally involved with the development, manufacture or sale/trade of games and/or their accessories and/or professionally use/incorporate such content significantly in other industries.
• that you belong to other stakeholders from the segment of professional esports and related industries of gaming, media, advertising and licences, as well as the participating service industries.

Business visitors must be at least 18 years old to be granted entry.

There are 3 categories of business area tickets -  business visitor, VIP and conference attendee.

On the days of the event, bring your QR code ticket in your e-mail to Registration Area at Level 1, outside Plenary Hall 1 of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, to exchange it for your badge.

Registered attendees will receive web access to gamescom biz and can also download the app for easy access at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show nearer to the show dates.

The community is an important place to match with profiles you want to meet onsite at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show. You get to arrange those meetings, shortlist exhibitors, view the exhibitor and attendee list, and so much more, ahead of arriving in Thailand.

Closer to the event, all registered attendees will receive an email from community@gamescom.asia, containing a 'magic link' that will activate your profile. You will receive this email about two weeks before the event, so do keep a look out. Be sure to check your junk/spam inbox, just in case.

You will need to be a registered business delegate before you can access any community content.

You may be able to see limited content from these events but you will not be able to interact with gamescom or devcom attendees unless you are a registered participant of those events. Your gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show registration only allows you access to the gamescom asia event. We are constantly making improvements to bring the larger community together, so do stay tuned for new updates.

Yes! If an attendee has a list of timeslots on his/her profile, this means that he/she is accepting meeting invites. To schedule a meeting, click on a timeslot. To schedule a virtual meeting, simply select 'Virtual Meeting' as the location. If you want to meet onsite, select any of the locations listed under 'business area.' If you're meeting an exhibitor, their booth will be listed, otherwise you can meet at the 'gamescom biz lounge' onsite.

No, you can't change the timing yourself. You will need to chat with the other attendee to discuss an alternative time and cancel the existing meeting. Once you have agreed on an alternative time, send a new meeting request.

For business visitors only, should you require an invitation letter to facilitate your visa application, please email ticketing@gamescom.asia with a copy of your ticket/confirmation email. Enquiries without an existing ticket will not be entertained.
